Quality

Quensh has assisted clients to include the changes in Quality Standard ISO 9001 from 1994 version to 2000 and 2008 versions. The emphasis of the standard changing from Quality Assurance to Quality Management and the increased requirement for Continual Improvement has resulted in a cultural shock for most clients and the need for increased training at all levels of management and employees.

The picture on the left was taken recently at a client’s workshop in Scotland UK, where we are introducing improved procedures, to update their ISO 9001:2008 Certification.
